Adi OSOVSKY is the Executive Vice President of Legal at iTeos Therapeutics.
Adi joined iTeos in June 2021. As the Head of the Legal Department, Adi supports iTeos’ commitment to upholding the best practices of compliance, corporate governance, and legal enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining iTeos, Adi worked at Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. in multiple legal roles, including Head of Corporate Law Department. Prior to Sarepta, Adi worked at Sullivan & Worcester LLP’s Capital Markets Practice Group, where she represented clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. She started her career as a litigator at one of Israel’s leading law firms.
Adi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The Tel-Aviv University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School, and a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree in Securities Regulation from Harvard Law School.
